1. Log onto your account via https://billing.raksmart.com/whmcs/clientarea.php

2. Select My VPS under Product and Service

3. Click on button Manage and you will see following information:

A. Product name, order date, price, renewal date, etc.

B. IP, username and password

C. Operating system, number of IPs, traffic, disk space.

D. VPS Console Panel, Reboot, Shutdown, Rebuild, Delete buttons.

E. VPS details,  reboot setup, mirror, traffic.

F. VPS traffic.

4. VPS Upgrade - click on Upgrade/Downgrade option under Management. Please note that the you can rebuild system after system upgrade/downgrade. To rebuild system please click on Management. (Rebuild system may result in data loss.)

Upgrade/Downgrade can be applied to number of IPs, traff, and disk space.

Overuse of traffic disables your VPS service. In case of this, please buy more bandwidth.
